Ellie & Andy somehow planned their wedding whilst living in Germany, AND they pulled it off amazingly. They were married at La Mesita Ranch in Pojoaque, New Mexico, surrounded by people from all over the world. These two were so relaxed and enjoyable, making everyone around them feel the same.
Ellie & Andy had to get married legally (in an adventurous ceremony at the top of the Sandia Mountains) before they moved to Germany in the fall. This made their ceremony at La Mesita even more meaningful, as they chose to invite friends and family to speak about them and their lives and love. I teared up, of course, and you'll notice a few other tears as well. I was simply overwhelmed by the impression these two have made on their close friends and family. Oh, and did I mention they had a ring bear?!
The reception was one big dance party, with live music by the ever-talented Diamond Empire Band. And we got one of those typical, knock-your-socks-off sunsets that New Mexico is known for while everyone enjoyed the music and food. Congratulations, Ellie & Andy, and thank you again for including us at both of your ceremonies--we couldn't have felt more appreciated, or more impressed, by you two.
